TERMINOS DE USO DE LOVE ♥️ REALTOR

Al crear una cuenta o usar LOVE ♥️ REALTOR (la "App"), operada por Neuron Electric Corp, 23930 SW 110 Ct, Princeton, FL 33032, EE. UU. ("nosotros"), aceptas estos Términos y nuestra Política de Privacidad. Si no estás de acuerdo, no uses la App. Debes tener 18 años o más.
La App es una plataforma de software usada por compañías inmobiliarias independientes ("Compañías"). NO somos corredores, agentes ni prestamistas inmobiliarios. Las casas, precios, disponibilidad y servicios inmobiliarios los dan las Compañías y sus agentes. No garantizamos la exactitud de los anuncios y cualquier transacción es solo entre tú y la Compañía.
Protege tus credenciales; eres responsable de la actividad de tu cuenta. Da información veraz. Una persona no puede crear varias cuentas para evitar restricciones o bloqueos. Las cuentas se crean por invitación de una Compañía o como cuenta limitada de visitante.
No debes: acosar, amenazar ni enviar spam o mensajes ofensivos o ilegales; hacerte pasar por otra persona; subir contenido sin derecho a usarlo; discriminar ni publicar contenido discriminatorio (ver Sección 6); intentar acceder a datos de otras Compañías, evadir la seguridad, extraer datos masivamente, hacer ingeniería inversa o sobrecargar el servicio; usar la App para fines ilegales. Nosotros y las Compañías podemos advertir, restringir, bloquear o eliminar cuentas que incumplan estas reglas. Las calificaciones y los reportes deben ser veraces y de buena fe; no los uses para acosar, extorsionar o dañar a una Compañía, agente o usuario. Podemos retirar calificaciones o reportes abusivos.
Las Compañías pagan una suscripción mensual (actualmente USD 50 al mes, sujeta a cambios con aviso), procesada por Stripe. Se renueva automáticamente hasta que se cancele. Si un pago falla, el acceso puede limitarse hasta resolverlo. Los cobros son por adelantado y por lo general no reembolsables, salvo que la ley lo exija. Pueden aplicar impuestos. Los clientes y visitantes no pagan por usar la App.
Las Compañías y usuarios deben cumplir la Ley de Vivienda Justa de EE. UU. y las leyes estatales y locales aplicables. Los anuncios, mensajes y notificaciones no deben expresar ni insinuar preferencia, limitación o discriminación por raza, color, religión, sexo (incluida orientación sexual e identidad de género), origen nacional, situación familiar, discapacidad u otra clase protegida. Las Compañías son responsables del contenido que publican. Podemos eliminar contenido o suspender cuentas que violen esta sección.
Conservas la propiedad del contenido que subes. Nos das a nosotros y a la Compañía correspondiente una licencia limitada para alojar, mostrar y transmitirlo según sea necesario para operar la App. Las Compañías confirman que tienen derecho sobre las fotos, videos y descripciones que publican. Podemos quitar contenido que viole estos Términos o la ley.
Al usar la App aceptas recibir mensajes del servicio. Las alertas y correos de casas nuevas pueden desactivarse en la App o con el enlace de cancelar suscripción. El contenido de los mensajes puede ser visible para el personal de la Compañía en la conversación y puede revisarse por seguridad y prevención de abuso.
Puedes eliminar tu cuenta en Ajustes -> Eliminar mi cuenta, o pedirlo en [email protected]. Algunos registros pueden conservarse según la Política de Privacidad. Las cuentas de manager sin casas durante seis meses pueden eliminarse automáticamente con los datos de su Compañía, después de avisos previos.
La App, su diseño, software y marcas pertenecen a Neuron Electric Corp o sus licenciantes. Estos Términos no te dan propiedad sobre ellos.
Podemos modificar, suspender o discontinuar funciones en cualquier momento. La App se ofrece "tal cual" y "según disponibilidad"; no prometemos servicio ininterrumpido ni libre de errores.
En la máxima medida permitida por la ley, no damos garantías y no somos responsables de daños indirectos, incidentales o consecuentes, lucro cesante o pérdida de datos, ni de los actos de Compañías, agentes u otros usuarios. Nuestra responsabilidad total se limita a lo que nos pagaste en los 12 meses previos al reclamo (o USD 100 si no pagaste nada). Algunas jurisdicciones no permiten ciertos límites, por lo que podrían no aplicarte.
Aceptas defendernos y eximirnos de reclamos derivados de tu contenido, tu uso de la App o tu incumplimiento de estos Términos.
Estos Términos se rigen por las leyes del Estado de Florida, EE. UU. Las disputas se resolverán en los tribunales estatales o federales de Miami-Dade, Florida, salvo que la ley exija otra cosa.
Apple y Google no patrocinan la App ni tienen obligación de darle soporte. Estos Términos son solo entre tú y nosotros.
Podemos actualizar estos Términos. Seguir usando la App después de la fecha de vigencia significa que los aceptas. Si el cambio es importante, avisaremos en la App o por correo.
Si crees que algo publicado en la App infringe tus derechos de autor, escríbenos a [email protected] con: tu nombre y contacto, una descripción de la obra, dónde aparece en la App y una declaración de buena fe de que su uso no está autorizado. Revisaremos el aviso y podemos quitar el contenido y restringir a quien lo publicó de forma reiterada.

LOVE ♥️ REALTOR TERMS OF USE

By creating an account or using LOVE ♥️ REALTOR (the "App"), operated by Neuron Electric Corp, 23930 SW 110 Ct, Princeton, FL 33032, USA ("we"), you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App. You must be 18 or older.
The App is a software platform used by independent real estate companies ("Companies"). We are NOT a real estate broker, agent or lender. Listings, prices, availability and all real estate services are provided by the Companies and their agents. We do not guarantee the accuracy of listings, and any transaction is solely between you and the Company.
Keep your credentials secure; you are responsible for activity on your account. Provide accurate information. One person may not create multiple accounts to avoid restrictions or blocks. Accounts are created by invitation from a Company or as a limited visitor account.
You agree not to: harass, threaten or send spam, offensive or unlawful messages; impersonate others; upload content you do not have the right to use; discriminate or post discriminatory content (see Section 6); attempt to access other Companies' data, bypass security, scrape, reverse engineer or overload the service; use the App for unlawful purposes. We and the Companies may warn, restrict, block or remove accounts that break these rules. Ratings and reports must be truthful and made in good faith; do not use them to harass, extort or harm a Company, agent or user. We may remove abusive ratings or reports.
Companies pay a monthly subscription (currently USD 50 per month, subject to change with notice), processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. If a payment fails, access may be limited until it is resolved. Fees are charged in advance and are generally non-refundable except where required by law. Taxes may apply. Clients and visitors do not pay to use the App.
Companies and users must comply with the U.S. Fair Housing Act and applicable state and local laws. Listings, messages and notifications must not state or imply any preference, limitation or discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex (including sexual orientation and gender identity), national origin, familial status, disability, or any other protected class. Companies are responsible for the content they publish. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate this section.
You keep ownership of the content you upload. You grant us and the relevant Company a limited license to host, display and transmit it as needed to operate the App. Companies confirm they have the rights to the photos, videos and descriptions they publish. We may remove content that violates these Terms or the law.
By using the App you agree to receive service messages. New-listing alerts and emails can be turned off in the App or by unsubscribing. Message content may be visible to the Company staff involved in the conversation and may be reviewed for safety and abuse prevention.
You can delete your account in Settings -> Delete my account, or request it at [email protected]. Some records may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy. Manager accounts with no listings for six months may be deleted automatically together with their Company's data, after prior notices.
The App, its design, software and trademarks belong to Neuron Electric Corp or its licensors. These Terms give you no ownership of them.
We may modify, suspend or discontinue features at any time. The App is provided "as is" and "as available"; we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost profits or lost data, or for the acts of Companies, agents or other users. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or USD 100 if you paid nothing). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limits, so they may not apply to you.
You agree to defend and hold us harmless from claims arising from your content, your use of the App or your breach of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade, Florida, unless the law requires otherwise.
Apple and Google are not sponsors of, and have no obligation to support, the App. These Terms are between you and us only.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after the effective date means you accept them. For major changes we will notify you in the App or by email.
If you believe content in the App infringes your copyright, email [email protected] with: your name and contact details, a description of the work, where it appears in the App, and a good-faith statement that the use is not authorized. We will review the notice and may remove the content and restrict repeat infringers.
